General rental terms

These general terms govern the seasonal rental of the chalet "Deep Forest", located at Pont des Gattes 110, 6687 Bertogne, Province of Luxembourg, Belgium.

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the tenant with the details of the stay.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at booking. The balance is due 1 month before the date of arrival.

If cancelled more than 2 months before the date of arrival, 50% of the advance payment is refunded. Cancellations within 2 months of arrival are non-refundable.

A security deposit of €400 is required upon arrival. It is fully refunded after departure, minus any damages found.

• 🕓Check-in between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM
• 🕙Check-out between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM (Sunday: late check-out available until 8:00 PM)
• 🪪The booking responsible must be at least 18 years old
• 🚭Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet
• 🚫Fireworks are prohibited
• 🚫Parties and events are not permitted
• ⚠️The chalet is not suitable for groups of young people, students or sports teams
• ♻️Waste sorting is mandatory
• 🐾Pets are welcome under the responsibility of their owner

This contract is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Luxembourg (Belgium) shall have sole jurisdiction.
